LTD „Baltic Model Management“ (hereinafter - Data Controller) sets the Terms and Conditions of the personal data processing while using http://www.balticmodel.com/  website. The Terms and Conditions set out in this Privacy Policy apply each time you access our content and / or service we provide regardless of the device you use.

The supervising authorities of the personal data are the Information Society Development Committee under Ministry of Transport and Communications and the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Data Controller’s data is stored and kept in the State Enterprise Centre of Registers. It is very important that you would read these Terms and Conditions when you visit any websites or social network accounts belonging to the Data Controller. If you do not agree to these Terms or Conditions, please, do not visit our sites / social network accounts and do not use our content and / or services.

We confirm that visitors’ data collected while using Data Controller websites and social network accounts are in line with the legal requirements of the European Union, the Republic of Lithuania and the instructions of the data controlling institutions.
We take all reasonable technical and administrative measures to ensure that the visitors’ data collected on site and on social network accounts is protected against loss, unauthorized use, and changes. The Data Controller's employees are committed not to disclose and distribute information received at the workplace including information about site visitors to third parties.
If you are a person under the age of 16, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before submitting your personal information. The Terms and Conditions that are used in these rules shall be understood as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (ES).


What information do we collect about you?

We collect information that you directly provide when you fill in “Become a model” form in our website http://www.balticmodel.com/en/ . Such information includes such personal details as name, surname, date of birth, height, chest, waist, hips measurements, address, phone number, pictures, Instagram and Facebook profile’s name.
In addition to the information you provide, we collect information about how you use our sites.

Information from the third-party sources
We may receive information about you from public and commercial sources (to the extent permitted by applicable law) and associate it with other information we receive from you or about you. We may also receive information about you from third-parties’ social network, services when you use them, for example, through a Baltic Model Management account on Facebook.


How do we use your information?
We may use collected information about you for the following purposes:
- Model Agency activities, i.e. models’ representation to the fashion market.

For who we disclose your information?

We will disclose your information to the following entities:
- Individuals who book model services or intermediaries through who the model service is booked;
- For other parties where required by law or required to protect information society services that we provide;
Cases when we may disclose your information to other parties:
- in order to comply with the legal requirements or to respond to a mandatory claim in court proceedings (for example, when we receive a legal order, order to make a search or other court’s judgment);
- to confirm the legality of our actions;
- to a related third party in cases of a merger, transfer or bankruptcy;
- In other cases, with your consent or your legal claim.


What do we do in order to protect your information?
We have implemented relevant physical and technical means in order to protect the information we collect for the purpose of providing the service. However, you should keep in mind that while we take appropriate steps to protect your information, websites, online operations, computer systems or wireless connections are not completely secure.
We will keep your data as a model for 10 years from the date we start to collect your data or until the model agreement is valid (whichever is longer).
After this deadline, the data will be erased so that it cannot be reproduced.


Yours as a personal data subject’s rights The data subject whose data is processed for the Data Controller activities shall have the following rights:
- to know (be informed) about your data processing (right to know);
- to access to your data and to know how it is processed (right of access);
- to request for rectification or for the replenishment of incomplete personal data in light of the purposes of the processing of personal data (right of rectification);
-to destroy or to stop any actions linked with personal data processing activities (except storage) (the right to be destroyed and the right to be forgotten);
- to request to restrict the processing of personal data for one of the legitimate reasons (right to restrict);
- to transfer of personal data (right of transfer).

The Data Controller may not create the conditions for data subjects to enforce the above mentioned rights when in the cases provided by law it is necessary to prevent, investigate and detect crimes, when it is necessary to ensure the prevention of criminal, official or professional violations and to protect the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.

The websites, services and products of third parties on our sites
The Controller's website (s) or social network accounts may contain third-parties promotional banners, links to their websites and services that the Controller does not control. The Controller is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties. You must be careful and you should read third parties privacy policies when you use their sites and services.

Final Provisions.
These Terms and Conditions are reviewed at least once every two years. When we update the Terms and Conditions, we will notify you of any changes we consider relevant in website (s) or social media. If you will join or use our content and / or services provided after the publication of such notices, we will consider that you agree with our new requirements specified in the updates. The latest version of the Terms and Conditions are always available at http://www.balticmodel.com/.
